The Teachings And Learnings Of The Kabbalah Centre

Kabbalah is a way to find connections with people and the universe. This spiritual experience allows you to find the meaning in your thoughts and actions. When more people practice Kabbalah more connections will be made. The Kabbalah Centre places emphasis on the afterlife and teaches that your life on earth is unimportant. A Kabbalist will commit to being the best person they can in this life. They help their colleagues and contribute to team efforts.

Most religions use abstinence for discipline and as a reminder our earthly desires have a deeper meaning. The Kabbalah Centre teaches us to embrace our desires without punishing ourselves for having them. Kabbalah teaches us that while we should eat until satisfied we should refrain from overindulging.

Kabbalah encourages us to express ourselves with clothing since this is the first things that will be noticed. Presentable and clean dressing may form a connection with someone who needs your abilities and talents. While dressing you should focus on kindness and love. Philip Berg founded the LA Kabbalah Centre in 1984. The Centre is non-profit and teaches Zohar and Kabbalah. The presentations were developed by Philip and Karen Berg. The center is involved in disaster relief and humanitarian aid. The Kabbalah Centre has given aid to the victims of Hurricane Katrina, the Indian Ocean Tsunami in 2004, the Haiti earthquake in 2010 and been a partner of the Red Cross.

The United States Kabbalah Centre was founded in 1965 and the Centre in Los Angeles opened in 1984. The organization has fifty branches that stretch across the world. The main branches are located in Toronto, London, New York City and Los Angeles. Their approach to teaching does not require their students to have any knowledge of Jewish or Hebrew texts. The Kabbalah Centre presents themselves as a supplement to religion instead of as an alternative.
